Good, but could be a bit better for the price. Positive: The view, great location and reception staff. Negative: Gym equipment- minimal and poorly maintained. Wardrobe space good, but small drawers beside bed weren’t functional (broken on runners) so weren’t able to unpack for an 11 night stay! We were surprised that we didn’t get a service during our stay - we were given a set of sheets and continually wash towels.

Bien dans l'ensemble, le prix vaut le coup! Positive: Bien situé. Confortable. Bonne dimension. Un appartement c'est beaucoup plus intéressant qu'une chambre d'hôtel, surtout pour 1 semaine. Negative: Les interrupteurs n'allument pas beaucoup de lumières, il y a des prises électriques qui ne fonctionnent pas.Le robinet de la salle de bain était brisé, même s'il fonctionnait. Le sol était un peu poussiéreux, ça vaudrait le coup d'y porter un peu plus d'attention. Un des 3 stores s'est brisé et je n'ai pas eu accès au balcon pour cette raison.

Great location and great view Positive: Very clean and good view. It closes to Old Quebec. Good cafe and restaurant near by Negative: It was clean at the beginning I want to clean the floor while I was there. But there hasn’t any cleaning tools for the floor.

Nice Apartment in a Good Location - Nice Balcony Positive: Originally, we were looking for an apartment right in the old town, but we struggled to find anything available. However we were pleased with the location of this one. There are plenty of local bars and restaurants and they're both cheaper and of better quality than anything in the old town. It's only about 15 mins walk down to old town, and to get back just jump on the #11 bus that stops right outside the apartment block. The apartment building concierges were all friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is light, modern, generally clean, and has a nice balcony. We didn't try cooking, but it seemed reasonably well equipped. Toiletries are provided. There's a large TV, but it's not "smart" so you can't Cast to it from your own device. Negative: The aircon is a bit noisy; it takes a while to work out what all the light switches do; and the shower pressure is a bit low. Whilst generally clean, a few areas (e.g., the top of the TV in the bedroom) were quite dusty, and when we arrived there were some small shards of glass on the floor outside the bathroom (assume from a broken drinking glass).

Great location to visit and tour old Quebec City on foot! Room was very modern and clean and well stocked with linens etc. Only problem was trying to use TV’s, never was able to? Other than that we would highly recommend this location!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt Positive: Die Aussicht war super. Die Wohnung sehr angenehnem eingerichtet. Old Québec war in 5min zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar, sowie auch die meisten Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Lebensmuttelladen auch in Gehdistanz Negative: Duschhahnen konnte nicht in der höhe verstellt werden, war kaputt. Keine normalen Trinkgläser

Positive: Lit très confortable, bien équipé, personnel ( Christian et Rachel) toujours aussi sympathiques et avenants. Negative: Manquait de verres, verres à vin, pas de limonadier.Ca serait bien d'indiquer ou est le branchement pour la balayeuse centrale. P-e un balai aussi

Positive: We were fortunate to have a balcony that faced west and had beautiful sunsets every evening. The apartment was clean, and nicely furnished. Easy proximity to the old city. We walked everywhere. Some nice restaurants nearby - (albacore and golden rice). The reception staff were always helpful and friendly.

Negative: The furniture was short but definitely loved the space
